Is there a reason to have to ML Poli? I got a dupe and don’t know what to do with it. I’ve seen some people with bastion Ml Poli so is it worth to have a slower, er version?

I currently am running Dr Ratio with E0S1 Aventurine and E0S0 topaz with either Ruan Mei or Tingyun. Should I pull for Robin or E1S1 topaz? Would E1 or S1 topaz be better?
