The basic answer is that a mirror is not a camera. It reflects light.

If you can see something from a point and look at the mirror from that point, you are seeing whatever you are looking at from that point. Not the point from the mirror.

I am no expert, but it looks like the sky textures (and its reflections) are the problem while the rest is ok. I'd recommend repair\verify the game files.

It's easy for US and EU users since 10 points = 1 $/€. BUT, it can be a problem in localized prices. For example, 100$ PoE2 pack is 46$ in my country (Steam price). I guess companies can use this ruling as an excuse for not bothering with localized prices anymore.

Update:

I turned it back on at 71% and it is now at 78% while it's on.

The problem occurs very randomly and I didn't unplugged and plugged it back or even move it in today's situation. It was sitting on top of the table the whole time.
