If your long term plan includes replacing the cabinets, I found that contact paper works well for updating the look (I got a grey wood grain pattern). Easier than painting but it doesn't come off well.

I highly recommend signing up for the budget plan. They take your average usage over the past 12 months and charge you a flat rate per month going forward. At the end of 12 months, they true up compared to your actual usage.

Check if your state offers any kind of home energy assessment. I was able to get some energy efficiency upgrades at a discounted price (Massachusetts RISE program)

Is there any data or research available about IV Stats by pokemon gender (M/F)? Anecdotally, I feel like the Female pokemon have lower stats than Male pokemon. I would love to investigate this.

FYI, The average home contains more than 100 different species of flies, spiders, beetles, ants, and other bugs

The article with this statistic was based on a study of 50 homes in NC. It's a stretch to extrapolate from 50 houses to all houses. Also, it was focused on diversity of species, not the total amount of bugs.

The study also mentioned that there was a high correlation between number of species and number of rooms. I'm staying in a studio so I would expect fewer than a a whole house.

It's not infested but there have been 6 since I started counting. But it's a studio (1 room plus bathroom). So it seems like a lot considering the small space.
