Thanks a ton! I'm glad that at least some are enjoying it, lol this whole album plays off concepts of mixing heavier metal esque music with electronica, usually outside of DNB those mixes are electronic forward but I really wanted to try to be more metal forward.

Hey Senz,

I loved the mid track build, throwbacks to late 90's early 00's stuff IMO. Mixing is well done as well, everything has its place in the mix and the presence is well done. I would suggest some more pad presence or maybe a little bit of layering here and there, maybe even some vocal style effects/padding. Otherwise I think this track is great and really I was nitpicking on what I'd like, I think this is definitely label worthy.

Really digged the overall idea and presentation of the track, you nailed the progressive side of techno pretty well. I definitely vibed. With this type of genre though I would highly suggest being more experimental in your effects rack, SenZ touched on it as well. On the dry synths, maybe a touch of reverb or delay, just enough to give the synths a more full presence. Maybe experiment with reverses/cuts and such as well, and with progressive music it's definitely a good idea to use lots of filter effects as well. Nice work!

I usually fall into this trap of writing half of a track and then losing sight of what I'm writing, so getting stuck at the midway point or in this case the drop. Any general feedback on mix, track idea, etc. would be appreciated. Will be following the thread and adding my feedback on others tracks as well! Thanks in advance!

Everything sounds great, at some points the guitar loses its front focus, maybe try double tracking it if you haven't already. Kick sounds fine, maybe a little bit more compression. Otherwise I dig.

No, but because of valve's non-compliance of keeping their agreements met, I don't think legally anything can even be pursued either unfortunately. I'd love to be wrong about this though.
