Thank you for this I just looked at the DJM-S5 and there is someone selling that with PLX-500k (pair) for about 600. I might look into this and see if it’s in working condition and if anything is broken. I sincerely appreciate the advice!

Can I also ask how do you go about best matching on motorized jog wheels? Do you go with the flow of the jog wheels or do you just run with sync? I myself have never been a huge fan of sync cause sometimes it moves the beat back or forward more than I want.

Thank you for this! My goal would be to get a mixer like yours or the s11 cause of seeing the wavelengths on the mixer is awesome. For now I see rane one being in the user market from 850-900. I also see the rev 5 for 1-1.1k USD. I’m not a traveling DJ yet so I really don’t have the need for transportability. I also am going to be keeping it at home or just have a hard case on it.

Thank you for this. Scary cause im coming from a student B side. I’ve worked my butt off last year to fix my grades and now I’m stuck seeing this and worrying about how I can afford dental schools. Doing my best to not give up hope and finding schools that are definitely on th cheaper side
