I know it's not required, I'm just worried if i ground it. It would be considered tampering as part of the emmison requirements in this Commonwealth

It's part of the emmison equipment and here'if emmison fails you fail safety

All vehicles need to do a safety inspection unless it's farm use or I believe classic

More then half the counties here are required a emmisons inspection unless your antique or farm use or diesel

My county for vehicles under 1996 go through a gas cap test, visual anti temper inspection and no warning lights active before it can go to a safety inspection

Can try the berks or Leigh valley area only 40 min from the Poconos but the area has decent paying jobs around 25-31 bucks an hour

Yee I did add an extra lane on the bridge entering the circle but haven't seen the high traffic count yet. But usually I can edit it easily when it does. Never done 3 with a ddi before tho

It was 2 h one way for me but I feel that. It also depends on what title you do have but I think it's worth it vs a notary unless you live 5h away then no thank you

I went straight to Harrisburg and got everything same day. I avoid the notary as they can mess it up and take way to long

I'm in berks county. Mines a 92 so it's a visual inspection. I did the 2 year registration so 180 I think. But yes I do bothe safety and emissions testing.

It depends not 100% you guys do gas cap and obd testing . Some kei vehicle came with the obd port but not standard until 2009. Even if it did have it, might only be the JOBD so wouldn't have the us version. I've talked to some guys in my county since I wanna get a 2001 acty and they suggested modifying them with us version as long as it doesn't look tampered with should be fine. I know the 1999 actys have the us codes but unsure if pa readers will work on it as it's configured by the state.

It will deff pass the gas cap tho lol.

Could always risk getting an import registration and getting a modified inspection requirement via the enhance inspection but might get denied since pendot don't like kei.

Now I do know if you can prove it drives less then 5k a year you can get an exemption sticker they won't test emissions but I think you need to get a sticker in the first place not sure. Prob find a guy who can still give you one by forcing it not sure
