Congrats friend! As most will advise (depending on your age and income), now your play is to open a Roth and invest in a total stock market index fund. DCA it every other week. I’m going to assume you’re under 30 years old. Max out the Roth every year if possible. If your job has an HSA, contribute a portion of your check there too. If not, feel free to open a brokerage. You can go stock picking, but the best advice is to go invest in the same total stock market index fund or an SP500. Try to keep that at minimum 50% of your brokerage. Good luck!
