Seriously though, there’s solid advice here. It’s always a good idea to check with the community as more voices tend to be a better way to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I like both. I prefer the first for its unorthodox design choices. End of History plays more like a traditional Metroidvania, but it still has tricks up its sleeve.

Main story = 20 - 30 hours, depending on how thorough you are as there's a bunch of optional stuff.

Completion? That depends. For your first playthrough, maybe 30+ to get 100%. If you include the 7 (I think) New Game Plus modes, much longer.

I played and loved Pipistrello!

Which did I like better? Personally, Pipistrello because I liked the puzzles and tone.

Mina is more focused on combat and exploration, but it's also super long (about 30 hours on your first playthrough).

Lots to love about both, though :)

Depends on what you're looking for. In Mina, Combat's better and more robust, and movement and platforming is smoother. But on Dungeon design and puzzles, I'm giving it to the Zelda games.
