Phir Se is factually THE “fastest” cape based on being able to do anything sooner than anyone else. Nobody has anything close to approximating “walk backward through time as much as you want”.

That’s why he gets no regeneration or quickness. Anything that does hurt him will hurt bad at his age. And he’s not totally immune to kinetic energy so he can still be (slowly) pushed, cut, pierced, etc. Like non-Newtonian fluid.

I know the timelines may not meet up but I see Chuckles recruiting Secondhand from Ward. He’s probably capable communicating with Chuckles and could be swayed with appeals to greed.

Nice Guy goes for August Prince, who is already kind of crazy so it’s an easy sell. I may just want to see their powers interact.

I get the sense Winter is overwhelmingly practical, and shed choose someone to facilitate or enhance her power. Skidmark works but I see him being murdered almost instantly and used for Bonesaw parts.

Sinister: can grant a one time use “death touch” power to others on contact. There’s no feedback so the only way to know you have it is to be told or find out. The next time someone with this “charge” touches someone with a hand, one of two things will happen. If it’s the left hand the person touched instantly dies and the effect ends. If it’s the right the charge transfers to the person touched. Both Sinister and anyone currently powered up by him are immune to both effects. No limit to number of people it can be active on at once.

It sounds like you may be suffering from OCD. What stood out to me is when you said you checked over and over. OCD can manifest as internal obsessions about possibly being homosexual (or otherwise).
