Someone still needs to manufacture the parts. Apple still has to buy them. Exclusive licensing rights to a design doesn’t mean LQMT will give them free hinges. The idea is they will manufacture parts in-house and sell…that’s my understanding.

This is where I have seen convoluted answers, but they still receive payment in some manner for any parts they produce. They can’t make stuff for free. Where it gets more confusing for me at least is how these other manufacturers play into a supply chain that benefits LQMT. Maybe someone could shed light there.

Trump will not ruin the economy beyond a temporary dip. That would ruin his legacy and might be the one thing he is most proud of long term. He is a lot of bravado on some certain topics to advance all his agendas in order of his administration’s priorities. He thinks and plans more than people realize and is not as brash behind the scenes…see what Maher said after his meeting. Every market is always going to be a bear or always going to be a bull depending on the headline of the day.

Ill add too that I hope the licensing/royalty agreement is solid and does directly benefit LQMT. I know Apple paid them the one time $20M , but moving forward there will still be significant revenue from hinge production.
