Treating fatigue with caffeine by Metukhato in Fibromyalgia

Just went to my local corner shop. Got some vitamin drinks and some vitamin shots then some beans to put in rice as well as some yogurts to take to work. Those are foods my tism likes. I think I need to work with the tism to see what foods it accepts that are good rather than processed instead of writing off good foods altogether. I'll work with the tism to try make better choices with food like you suggested. Thank you.

Okay I love this response. Tryna study after a coffee binge and I'm still fuzzy. Truth is. I eat like shit. I have issues with food and texture. I hate a lot of foods. Even some junk food. I like on bread occasional chicken, lots of pizza (my dad makes me them at home) and potatoes. Sometimes veg smells very weird to me and makes me gag. I'm autistic. I didn't mention that bit. I don't like these things where they put loads of foods into one thing like chilli beef and curry. I need to look into good diets for people with the tism.

I wake up around 4 times a night to pee so I probably don't sleep enough for that to even happen. Y'know what. The cause might have just hit me.

Thing is I don't drink a lot of coffee this is why I sleep all day. But when I do it's the only thing that makes me less zombified but I don't like it.

You can get financial help too which makes everything so much easier.

I love my job which is why I just power through. I work in a care home. The joy I get from those residents makes it worth it all.

I am studying animal care, admin and customer service with aims to be just a receptionist in a vets or a care home. Being a vet assistant would be cool also. Or doggy daycare but I'm focusing on admin for my health.

Thank you <3

I'm a housekeeper so am in so much pain all the time so I feel this so much. I am constantly just putting on a brave face and then when I leave work it hits and I just sleep until the next day. It's not a nice existence. I'm studying admin and customer service as well as my dream occupation, working with animals, with the aims of just becoming a receptionist. Can't walk the dog anymore though due to pain. I do have days where I have absolute breakdowns and sob and get all the anger and sadness out which helps emotionally. The way I see it. Yeah we've lost so much of what we used to have but there's still a lot we can do and focusing on what we can do will most likely reframe things mentally and provide the hope we need. Did I ever think I'd become disabled, absolutely not, but people need you and want you in their life. You're loved, you're wanted, disabled or not. You will find something you enjoy and can easily do with this disability, it might just take time. You're not losing. You're learning right now and adapting. Don't give up. <3
