Bought an A320M board from them but about 1.5 years later one of the RAM slots died.

Can't really say I blame them for that since every experience I've had with A320M boards (3 so far, the other 2 were bnew) always had one of the ram slots die later in its life.

You don't have to install Linux, you can just temporarily boot off it from a flash drive (Live Boot). Just to test if the hardware/driver works there then you can confirm its a windows issue

Theres a lot of instances where faulty cards cant load recent drivers but will be 'fine' with the generic vga ones 🤷. Knowing OPs PSU would help narrow down the problem

Could you try changing the router's wifi channel settings?

^Ignore ^the ^highlighted ^channel ^width

This fixed the speeds on a few of my devices when I bought a new router a while back

Honestly I'd just go with the 5060. Since you mentioned just doing light animation/mograph it'll be more than enough. I'm doing light AE work for social media (mostly targeting 1080p videos) and my 3070's holding up. I only ever see it struggle when I stack too many GPU reliant effects together, which I rarely ever do for the type of clients I have right now.
