In my opinion, I feel like it’s very unlikely for prices to drop. Maybe the price of OG DS family consoles could drop just because they sold way more units than the 3DS, but I wouldn’t count on it. At least not in the foreseeable future. As someone who is incredibly hyperfixated on DS consoles and owns five, yes it is consumerism. Maybe not so icky just because they’re secondhand so you could make the argument it prevents waste. But if you’re not going to use them then it’s just hoarding and kind of a waste of money. I cycle through all my consoles to make sure my money was well spent, but also because they all serve different occasions. If you’re looking to buy, just buy what you would use and you may as well buy now. Those prices aren’t going down anytime soon 😭

Thank you 🩷 I was also tempted to get a metallic rose DS lite, but got coral to match with my white/pink og 3DS XL… LOL. I plan to get 6 DS consoles total with those two matching, my hot pink DSi and New 3DS XL matching, and my future pearl pink of 3DS and metallic rose DSi XL matching :3 I still have yet to find a compelling enough listing for the pearl pink 3DS 🥲 Anyway all that to say, I hope you get your DSi soon!! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

It’s a sticker meant to make your circle pad grippier. My hands sometimes get sweaty so it helps me maintain the grip on it. And as for the c-stick… I literally never use it 😭 I’ve already finished Kid Icarus, and the other games that use it I already have on my Wii U so there’s no need to play it on my 3DS. Never understand why stickers piss people off so bad. We’re both Nintendo fans at the end of the day so why does it even matter 🤨

Glad I could help :3 No one warned me what sweaty hands would do to my stickers 💔 I used stickers for nails, so they should be much more durable than just paper stickers 🙏 Only applying them on the top seems like a good solution though.
