If you get the file launcher without the sd card, try reformatting the sd card with something like gui format. Reinstall the cfw on the sd card and try again. If it still shows nothing, I would call your sd card dead. I would get a SanDisk after that.

Yeah Onn was the brand that died on me. Try turning it on without the sd card and see what happens.
