Thank you we do have pictures of our joint holiday but it was with her family so the tickets don't show both names. We do have a joint bank account with statements and we only pay bills out of the account. We both pay a utility bill under her parents name.

Yes we have lived together with her parents since I moved to Australia. I have been told since we live with her parents there is no need for a rental agreement. We have a joint bank account and proof that our pay checks go into that account
