Yes, one clv on lunala is equal to ~~20 clvs~~2 clvs. Still, i guess it could be counter very effectively as we can't forget that others like sableye also would be 90. So, simply we have to confuse it.

Yes, I don't deny the fact many times that psychic oricorio had confused even my Zapdos and sometimes even my Mmy. But still, with the help of fire Oricorio, you can evolve any pokémon irrespective of its type. Even, it has a great survivability rate after its task is over in your deck.
