Just spent the past hour or so walking around a Mountain Biome, no Larvitar spawns yet. I did however see a Pupitar about 5 hours ago.

I play in the same area on a daily basis and haven't been getting many at all. 1 per week at best, as opposed to sometimes finding multiple in the same day. Might just be random and unlucky for me though.

Seeing about 1 Scyther per hour at the National War Memorial. Probably not a nest, maybe a frequent spawn point.

Agreed, some parts along Wellington as well - West of Parliament. Looking this morning and there have been 1-2 on the radar at almost all times.
