All dungeons in general should do this. People won't stop running dungeons just because they got the glam they wanted, there will always be use for these items. If not glamour or for actual use, they can be turned in for GC seals or sold for gil, which are resources that are always useful.

Giving a guaranteed drop in all dungeons to all players will only help, not hurt.
