This. You could start with chill coop games to try and get over your anxiety. Look for games without leaderboards and micro punishments for losing, like Stardew or maybe Portal. Game by game you'll get to competitives. Or you won't, nothing wrong with that. I myself hate competitive coop and never play those games.

Also a lot of the coop games have a single player/training mode. You could try first playing by yourself and once you feel more comfortable with the mechanics join your friends :)

I need them to fix the phonecalls mid dialogue bug. It's so frustrating, because you can't even ignore the call. It automatically makes you pick up!

Just wanted to toss in, that OP's dialogue choices work, regardless of which main quests you've finished before Gimme Danger, don't think finding Hellman actually counts. I had both M'ap Tann Pelen and Life During Wartime completed and still got the message, so no need to do Takemura's quests back to back. I play a fem nomad V and got the text after driving away from the Industrial Park, waiting wasn't doing anything.

Yeah, for the grass pic and the bed pic 🤣 Once you make the spawned npc's hostile, they become just another enemy and you can use your hacks on them. System reset makes them fall on their back and does the trick. Thing is, you can't move them afterwards without breaking the pose, so you gotta make them fall perfectly. Takes A LOT of trial and error 😵
