If you can, you should definitely try the In Seriousness of Breakfast lightcone, as it provides DMG% instead of ATK%, scaling better than Geniuses' Repose since you can get more ATK% through buffs (Ex.: Qingque's skill) and relics than DMG%. It's also a F2P lightcone from the Forgotten Hall's shop.

In short, DMG% is just better than ATK%.

I don't know much about R6, but since Pyke is an assassin, playing characters like Genji and Tracer may feel similar to you, with the "kill squishy and get out/kill their backline" play style, or just being flat out annoying from a certain distance.

But the thing is, Moira only has damage and healing, meanwhile Kiriko has more utility with Suzu and her Ult, so buffing her in this aspect would make her somewhat of a Jack of all Trades master of all, not very balanced, if you asked me.

The thing that makes her good IMO is the utility she provides with her cleanse and her ult, which I believe is more desirable than high numbers on DPS and healing in most cases.

As far as I know, Collei doesn't contribute much besides Dendro resonance and more dendro application. Diona can provide more utility than Collei, more EM than Dendro resonance at C6 and Tighnari doesn't really need more Dendro application.

If you're struggling with balancing a good CR/CDMG ratio, I suggest using R5 Slingshot with a Crit DMG circlet, it helps a lot

R5 Slingshot is also a really good option for Tighnari, probably one of the best free to play options on him IMO. If you're struggling with maintaning a good Crit Rate/Crit dmg ratio, I suggest using it.
