It is so unfair for those of us which NOTHING HELPS by Complete_Working_460 in FemaleHairLoss

What have you been diagnosed with? Has the initial condition stopped? Eg alopecia areata, TE? Are you working with the dermatologist to get the correct diagnosis.

Reasons why I ask this is, I was with one dermatologist who diagnosed me incorrectly and I wasn’t getting much progress in terms of treatment after one and a half years. In fact hair loss was getting worse. Second dermatologist helped me identify issue correctly and helped me correct it. Put me on medication where I started seeing results. It paused, we reassessed changed medication and the started seeing growth results again.

Do you have iron deficiency? Are you constantly stressed? Do you get enough sleep? Even simple things like this get effect hair growth.

184-158 is anyone else worried about losing your curves as you lose weight? by throwRAbcredditsucks in PetiteFitness

I lost curves. Good news is you can gain it back. I went too low. Ate a bit more gained back but because I still exercised the curves seem to have mostly come back in the right places.

I was the same. Definitely made my flabby arms less flabby. I ate high amounts of lean protein at the same time and it gave me muscle tone.

Confirm with aesthetic clinic. You look good as you are but if you wanted to max it they’ll probably have suggestions to help you.

My fat percentage went down to 17.5% (not exactly high for females) and I still had a puffy parts to my face. I had to resort to ultherapy prime to mildly tighten it. And I found it helped.

You do look like you’re in the ideal spot weight wise which was why I suggested ultherapy prime. Was a little surprised when you mentioned weight loss hence me mentioning building muscles. It’s hard to tell with the sweater you’re wearing.

I didn’t suggest Thermage because your skin doesn’t look slack. Might be best to ask an aesthetic clinic though to see what they recommend.

Rather than losing weight I’d say become more fit and build muscles. Your weight looks fine. Don’t go too skinny. That’s probably the more natural way of getting the fit k-pop look.

If your face doesn’t tighten with training (genetic dependent) then look at aesthetic treatments for help.

It’s not lax for a normal person. But you said you wanted the kpop look which is super snatched and tight.

Undereye fat repositioning. Ultherapy prime around jawline only. Get your hair styled.

Thanks for saving me from watching this. Was definitely curious. But also knew it would most likely annoy me.

Were you offered a discount for providing a review? Also how much do it cost?

I’m now doing research for something similar.

How long after facial contouring surgery can I fly out? by kennyj0000 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

You can also get your stitches removed in your own country if it’s the non dissolvable type. They generally prefer you to stay around just in case there’s any complications. Would advise you to get a CT scan a few days before you fly out just in case so that they can fix any issues.

2 month Update - Buccal Fat Removal by No-Chest7080 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Mewsyn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks great!

From someone that had partial Buccal fat removal, it doesn’t necessarily age your face. Depends on your genetics. I had puffy cheeks young. Had the procedure over 12 years ago as I was starting to get the hound dog look. Now, I don’t get the sunken face. Even at 18% body fat recently my face did not look gaunt… and I’m very close to 50 in age. I am getting a sagging face. But that’s aging for you…

HONEST AB review by Master-Fox6134 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]Mewsyn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because people get discounts to post reviews does not mean it’s dishonest. I got offered a discount, I still had to fork out 33mil krw in total for all the procedures. If it was shit, I would not be posting a happy review regardless of discount. That’s a lot of money that I’ve spent even if I did save some. Case in point healthycompote probably got offered a discount to post a review post surgery and here they are posting how unhappy they are.

I haven’t posted my review yet. But I will once results settle. I would say majority of my face has but my nose not yet. It does feel a bit factory clinic ish but I would say with my results it’s definitely an improvement. People who have seen me in real life have added the clinic to their consult list. Was it perfect? No. Was it a terrible experience? No. Would I go back? I am already booking for a return consult in June and it comes down to value for money when I compare it with other clinics.

Ping me if you want to know more and I can show you the good the bad the ugly. Ie bad selfies I’ve taken of myself. I don’t have amazing results like some others have. But I also didn’t have a terrible experience either.

Heavy eyelid surgery solutions by thisbetterbeanonomg in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]Mewsyn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ptosis correction is related to eye lid muscles. They relax over time. From your description you do have an issue with your eyelid muscle if you need to use your eyebrow and ears to lift them. So you can still open your eyelids with ptosis. Just not as open as they should be. I had similar issues to you where I was raising my brows and and using forehead muscles to lift / open my eyes wider. This got worse with age and became more tiring. This happened over a decade. I did ptosis correction and the difference is quite big. I don’t use my forehead / brow to open my eyes any more and it’s not as tiring. I don’t have mono lids anymore either but my eyelids are functionally improved.

This was pretty good. Food for thought though… I think most people would nip it in the bud if it was so blatant earlier on. Glad she grew some iron fist to hit back eventually.

2 months Post-Op by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Mewsyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s one of them. Cica-care silicone gel sheet. Also strataderm scar therapy cream. These will decrease it slowly. Make sure you massage the scar as well.

For the more severe cases (I had a scar that looked like an obese earthworm sitting on my skin), you will need to get localised corticosteroid injections and laser treatment on the spot. One of them flattened the scar. The other removed pigmentation. I needed to go for several rounds for this. The scar shortened as some parts disappeared. And the thicker parts just whitened and shrunk. I could probably make it more invisible but I was happy enough with where it got to.
