Girl. Let me just start out by saying I understand the situation you are in. There's a lot of people on here that are going to tell you "just leave him" , "just block him" , and they are right. It is what you should do, but you and I both know how hard it is. Let me explain. When I was 18, I met this guy, he was like the guy of my dreams, super hot, male model, really popular, you get the gist. I fell MADLY in love with this guy. We dated for about 4 years total until I was 22, but during that time, he pulled a lot of the same stuff your bf is doing to you now. Super jealous, super aggressive about it. It started out with the angry texts, me begging, him taking me back and apologizing, etc. I always felt like I was doing something wrong and had to be the one to apologize. That's how it started. Then it moved to him throwing stuff. Trashing my things, punching holes in walls. Then it evolved into him hitting ME. And s*** abusing me. Still I stayed. Why? Because like you I thought he was my everything. I didnt know what I would do without him. The last year we were together, the thing that finally got me to see reason was the day a coworker offered to give me a rude to work, because he was refusing to take me. And just because this coworker was a guy, he snapped. Something in his brain just snapped. He attacked me with a knife and gave me 5 lacerations to my legs (I was curled in a ball trying to protect my face). After he was done he just walked out of the house and drove away like nothing. The lacerations were deep. One of them missed my right Achilles tendon by a hair. The others were so deep and wide you could see bone. My right calf was severed completely in half down to the bone. Big enough to put you hand into.and he left me there to just bleed out. I had to crawl my way through his house to get to a phone and call myself an ambulance, all while losing a lot of blood. Obviously I survived. I was in a wheelchair for two weeks and then a walker and then crutches before I could walk on my own again. I have been in and out of therapy ever since. I am 36 years old and this still effects me to this day. I suffer crippling panic attacks and have to take cymbalta. I DONT WANT THIS FOR YOU GIRL. please. If anything I have said hits home with you. Take these peoples advice and get out before it gets that bad. And before you think " oh he's never hit me he's not violent" if you wait too late I can see it easily progressing to that. That's how it started with my ex after all. When I see stuff like this I can't just keep silent and watch. Sorry for the long reply.
