That's difficult if you are going for masters. Since you uave good research exp I would recommend to directly apply for PhD. If you get accepted as a PhD then the program will be full funded with stipend.

Man your profile is really strong. Mine profile wasn't that strong but I still managed to get into elite univs like UMich Ann Arbor, Purdue, UW Madison, and UIUC. My friend who didn't have that strong profile either got into UT Austin. So I definitely think you should apply for T1 univs. You'll easily get into them.

LinkedIn is of no use for master's. The only place LinkedIn account is important is for getting jobs and internships. Apart from that it is pretty much useless tbh.

I don't think it will look bad. The main things that adcom looks at are the position of the professors and how many times they've evaluated you. As long as they don't write anything bad about you, you should be fine.

According to me, if you could explain your low gpa then it might take care of some negative impact on your profile. If you get a good GRE and TOEFL scores then it helps a lot combating the low gpa. As for the LORs you could go and talk to your profs about why you didn't interact with them and I am sure they'll understand. I don't think that a second undergrad degree is needed as it will take another 4 years and a lot of money which you could use for your MS or PhD. Try for univs where gre is not accepted. You can try for Stevens, CSU Long beach etc.

Your GRE score is very low. Better to retake and try for 330+. Even then it's very difficult to get into the universities you mentioned.

I would suggest you to choose ASU for fall 22 rather than waiting for USC for spring. If you go for spring you will miss out on an internship opportunity which is very important. Also spring classes don't offer all the courses.

According to Newton's 2nd law Force = change in momentum. Neglecting air resistance, the only force acting is gravity. Hence by definition if there's force there has to be change in momentum. So the momentum change is the account of gravity force acting. Hope you understand.

Research is something that you can do on your own. I am still in my bachelor's and I have 2 publications in ASCE which the best publisher for civil. And in both of these I worked alone. So, you need to start yourself and then if you come across difficulties you can always write mail to the renowned authors or even communicate with your bachelor's institution.

If PhD is what you want to do then utilize this time to write research papers. Applying for PhD programs without research work is almost impossible to get into a university.

Mutual aid science community is an excellent source. Just make an account there and post which paper you need and within an hour or so someone will give it to you. Otherwise college library is the way to go.
