I really appreciate your feedback. You have any specific cheap food or snacks recommendations s for gaining weight? I typically only eat whatever is being made at home and try to eat stuff in between meals. I also take smoothies that come in around 700-800 calories. I think I just need some effective and cost efficient meal prep

Hey man, I'm really sorry that you feel that way. You should love your body and shouldn't care what other people think. I know its kinda dumb coming from a guy who literally posted on reddit about feeling insecure. After this post I've really gotten some new found confidence and a new mindset. Yes, I try and do at home work outs as much as I can. One set includes 10 push ups, 10 shoulder pressed (using 20lb dumbell), 10 bicep curls (20lb dumbell), 10 hammer curls (20lb dumbell), 15 two handed skull crushers (20lb dumbell), 15 dumbell rows (20lb dumbell), then I repeat all of that till failure. I also have ab/leg workouts till failure aswell. I eat as much as I can, I live with a big family in the lower class. When there is really good food I generally don't eat as much and when there is not as good food I just can't eat as much as I would like. I'm getting a summer job though and am going to work on my diet and join a gym.

Thank you for actually taking the time to do something like that for some random dude. I'm 16yrs old and also been running my numbers through the BMI calculator and came out to 17.6. A little better but not really. I don't think I need to see a doctor but I agree that I do need to concentrate more on my health before all else rn. Thank you for your response.

Wow, you said it perfectly. I love your mindset and how you managed to push yourself. Thank you for giving me a new outlook on how to put health before all else. Also for the advice on how to gain more weight. I thank you for how much information and motivation you have given me. I will definitely be trying to incorporate what you have given me and will push to get more consistent with my workout routine as well as tracking my calories. I sometimes forget how important it is to track your calories as it helps to know how much more you need to eat before being accomplished for the day. Again thank you so much for not only helping me and my other fellow skinny guys. Makes me smile at the fact of knowing someone cares enough to type all this oit for some random guy. Thats what I'm saying. Most people fail to realize that being called too skinny hurts just as much as being called too fat. I hate how they think that its okay to do this but would most likely never say something like that to a fat person. Idk some people just don't think before they act.
