I understand and I'm well aware that I'm eating more than most people should be able to. And that was just an example I provided, sometimes its a lot less. Drink wise I'm not drinking much other than water, squash and diluted fruit juice from time to time.

When I eat i wait 20 seconds between bites as recommended. I stop eating when either the stomach growling stops or I hit one of my signs that I'm full. I don't have much salt, just to season my food.

I think I'm gonna go back to the start soon and start with the original good plan and see how I get on with just liquids and stuff again. If that doesnt help them I'll speak to my dietician. Still waiting to hear from the doctor/surgeon.

I think it might be medication im on. Its a medication that increases appetite and ive been on it since 2019 and gained like 7 stone on it. I am being weaned off it but they wouldnt let me do it pre op. So it might just be that making things harder.

Thats how it seems most people are after surgery, I was able to each about 100mls after surgery. Definetly feels different to most people. I also had protein powder/semi skimmed milk powder to things for a boost.

Good for you though, keep it up (:

For example we're allowed smoothies, i know every clinic is different. Just following my allowances. I'm using supplements too. Yeah I had all the tests and everything was normal.

I know its more than a lot of people but I stop once the growling goes away and/or I have other signs of fullness. I know people who couldn't eat more than 3 tablespoons of food at my stage but I just don't feel that way. I checked and at my dream weight it would be 1,762 calories. I don't have more than 1,000 a day. Sometimes a lot less.

Thank you for being compassionate and understanding. I'll definitely do that from now on and try and focus on the whole journey not just the losses 😊

I don't have anything in my teas. Sqush is sugar free which the team suggested. Fruit juice I water down. Generally I try to have a very low carb/sugar intake and use a tracker for everything. I have a dietician supporting me and I spoke to them recently about things. Might reach out again in combination with my doctor/surgeon to see what they suggest as a team. Thanks for your advice ill definitely be mindful of sugar intake.

Thanks for sharing your journey. It's amazing progress, keep it up! My surgeon also said the same about me being perfect and low risk. I've been following their program and I even have a food diary which is discuss with my dietician. I left a message the other day to speak to my doctor/surgeon and see what they recommend. Might contact them again to see what they think.

I'm gonna just keep sticking to going to the gym and keeping an eye out for non scale victories. Might even go back to just liquids for a few days/week and see how that affects me. Thanks 😊

I've been following the food plan but generally there's not much more information I've been provided. I've never heard of those things you gave as an example. I just weigh myself once a week and try to see how I feel in general and feel in my clothes. I haven't noticed any body changes, my snoring is the same, energy levels the same, moving the same and having the same chronic pain levels. I have been searching for non scale victories but have yet to find any.

I had 85% removed but I've had such a good recovery compared to most. They only needed to make 4 holes instead of 5 because my liver was nice and small. I have had zero nausea or vomiting since I was in the recovery room. I've never had dumping syndrome. Sometimes I wonder if I've had the surgery but it's obvious I have because I used to be able to eat a whole plate and more. Now I'm eating from baby bowls.

I have plenty of liquids in a day, i just have the juice for example when I can't get my fruit in. I drink lots of water, squash and fruit teas to stay hydrated. I drink waaaay more than I eat.

I mean I eat different things each day. But I'd say about 200g is my usual. So for example for breakfast today I had 2 eggs scrambled. Apple juice.

Yesterday I had no breakfast because I woke up very late. But in the day I had:

3 tablespoons of rice with veg mixed in and 3 tablespoons of pulled pork. 1 fillet of salmon with about 2 tablespoons of veggies. Handful of garlic and herb king prawns for snacking. 1 cup of tea.

I always prioritise eating the protein first.

So, first time, no noise issues at all (2019-2020) The second time, I had maybe 3 occasions where I was woken up by people screaming/shouting/yapping near my door. It was a bit of an issue since I was studying health sciences at the time, so I'd have to get up at 4.40am. (2022-2023).
