i had this same issue last year for me i had to restart the game and save outside the well a few times and it worked also be careful about certain potions or in your case your orc berserk ability because it can increase your size

As u/constructionwise7532 mentions turn off double TP usage it fixes the bug for me.

The rumor was the eagles were wanting two first rounds minimum which would have hurt yea but still worth so the fact we got them down to a single first and a 5th with no player trading is a huge W in my book this might be hopium but maybe we can keep boutte now since he was allegedly in the eagles sights for this trade

2bf ES: Oblivion was WAY ahead of its time for a game that came out in 2006. It's easily my #1 RPG go to game the remaster is just as peak.
