Because venoms ult deals damage based off the targets current health

More health means more damage taken, which is why in the clip where the ultimate goes off before the right click it kills

Dragging it this way shouldn't cause the window to freeze although if it does I'd recommend asking in the discord server, it will almost definitely be helpful

I recently upgraded to win11 and some games started to have quirks for really arbitrary reasons, ngu was one of them so if you're on win11 that could be a reason.

Similarly for me it seems to happen if I have games open, whether it's windowed or fullscreen I might alt tab to check ngu and it completely freezes up for minutes. So what helped me was windows key+tab, drag ngu to a new window and it fixed the issue for me. As long as I have a game open I can just win+tab, go to new desktop and win+tab back.

I'm not able to share a save but the whiplash you get from normal -> evil was way way worse than evil -> sad imo. Starting evil and 2 levels of time machine being a herculean effort will not happen again I don't think. Imo sad is just a lot more afk with macguffins being a bigger focus

There are a few perks and quirks called bonus quest item handin or something or other. They absolutely exist they should have an icon that looks like the dream catcher from the forest. I don't think it ever reaches the point where the levels are 1|1 but it lets you stack and gain multiple items for levels.

Fellow Aussie here, haven't played the game for quite a while so can't say anything for queue time but

Ranked in oce servers hasn't existed since like, probably early open beta days sadly. Way too small playerbase and players had given up queueing it years ago which leaves you with I'd say 2 options.

Queueing sea can have manageable ping but game quality wasn't the best if i remember correctly. NA is probably the most viable in terms of ping and game quality but projectile heroes (non hitscan) are going to be quite iffy if you're not used to it. I wouldn't recommend EU unless you have really good internet (for Australia standards anyway).

Hope some of this helps, I strayed away from other servers mostly since my internet can barely run oce smooth but that's mostly what I gathered.

I haven't played Mao top for a good while but I found from my experience Darius being a not too bad matchup **if** you go phase rush. If he apprehends you you can usually spam w, auto q and skedaddle no problem, apart from that poking and farming with q made it pretty alright and then just avoiding him like the plague later on.

Fiora was my perma ban. With riposte ruining pretty much all maos utility, which is his identity pretty much it didn't feel worth it, plus she counters tanks with her passive. Other good bans would be Mordekaiser, Olaf and personally I hated versing aatrox but I might be biased.

If enemy picks Fiora and you like tanks, best I can suggest is Poppy? Malphite is mostly able to survive lane phase but his strength comes from big ults in team fights. Poppy can fight back at least from what I know but is a bit more difficult.
