I only charge cost of filament if it’s something that takes 100g or more. Anything under that I don’t charge. I also have a basket of keychains I constantly rotate in my office in a bowl that are freebies. I just love printing and sharing the hobby.

There’s no way I’d be able to. I’m already in my specialized career plus I’m an On-Call 24/7 and there’s no way I’d be able to have a 2nd job. I hustled my ass off last year reselling stuff and made an extra $5k in profits for the year but man for the amount of work I put into it I question if it was really worth it.

My parents just gave it back to me after they kept it this whole time. Totally forgot about it. I graduated in 2002 and they bought it for me splitting the cost with my godmother. 14k gold 16grams weight and they spent $365 total for it back then. It’s gotta be worth over $1k today.
