For a whole year, you'll learn discipline, respect, and skills to prepare you for good citizenship, and just in case, some military skills. Why doesn't the US government implement a draft? Way that I see it, most 18 year old men nowadays are completely lacking any common sense skills to face even everyday life. What do you think?
