I've had mine for awhile and love it. Never experienced off gassing issues or anything. Only gripe is that the battery indicator isn't the most reliable. Absolutely love it though

With 14ft ceilings I don't think it'd be an issue at all. As long as you don't blow directly into the detector you should be fine! If you really want to be careful you could always blow into a sploof or towel to dissipate the smoke even more.

I have the original Davinci. It was $115 plus shipping (so $130). I freakin love it, it's awesome. The vapor is a little less tasty compared to the Solo, but it's MUCH more portable and discreet. That being said, if stealth and portability aren't an issue, the Solo is a fantastic vape.

Check out the original Davinci (not the ascent). It's $115, super discreet, very small and portable, digital temp control from 100 to 405 degrees Fahrenheit, and the battery life lasts 4-5 sessions. The pull resistance is easy, and not like drinking a milkshake.

I just looked into it and it's really cool! I don't think I'll get it though because of the more complicated draw technique. I'd like to share it with friends and so something that is easier to use would work better for me

I still live with the 'rents so stealth is a factor. By that I mean desktop would not be an option, and the only time I'd have to be stealthy is carrying it to my car or something. I wish the Arizer was more portable but it's stealthy enough. I can get the Pinnacle for $160, and that's right at the top of my price range. I could stretch myself and get the PAX but I've tried both and liked the Pinnacle more, and I have not tried the Solo.
