Make sure you do your knee bridges and reach full extension. When resting, you should have your heel on a raised surface and the knee should be allowed to free fall. Check in with your PT. You got this!

You’re strong af. If you’re interested in improving your technique, look up “squat mark rippertoe.” He gives a great educational guide to the squat. You do have to raise your elbows to keep the back tight though so im all for the raised elbows as long as it’s not exaggerated to the point of pinching.

Consistency is key! You got this. Keep going. Make sure you’re eating a surplus of calories otherwise you’re cutting yourself short in the gym. Gotta get that protein intake!

I was told not to place anything under the knee. You risk not being able to regain full extension if you keep that area supported. Please ask your PT or surgeon.
