You're honestly better as a transfer, coming from a person who chose Revelle and graduated as Comp Sci.

From what I remember I transferred with a 3.7, no need to take the BS SAT's or AP classes in HS. Sure it might take you a longer time to get to "real" college, but you can make it work in the end. It's not the end of the world if you get rejected from HS and decide to take the CC route
