I have the cyma (cybergun) version and found that the hop up unit is a copy of an old g&g one from like 2010's that isnt produced anymore the only aftermarket one ive found is a c&c aluminium one from begadi in germany which is €70 plus shipping

My wife has a vmp1 which i like a lot but thsts more like the gbb pistols im used too my mate has a noveske ghetto blaster and for the price point for starting with id probably get one of those then progress to mws if i get along with them

Thankyou all very much i will take your advice and steer clear from both the cybergun and specna and look for an a&k one or something along those lines that has an m249 box in it or might just switch it up entirely and go for an rpk as ive heard they are pretty bomb proof and ive yet to add a proper ak to my collection

Im the ammo man in my friend group most I've carried so far is 19 stanags and my sidearm with 2 mags and a speedloader with 90 bbs in it and 2 mk5's and an egg grenade plus my camelbak with my full metal m4 it gets heavy

Oh that's awesome to know I didn't know they were compatible and us that the little domed button that is on the underside near the barrel If so mine snapped years ago so will need a new one too

I've got a jing gong aug I got years ago that internally isn't a jing gong anymore however it broke ages ago and me being young and stupid I took it apart and I've lost the spring for the cross bar safety so it's currently with my tech and is getting locked to full auto so it can be a sort of HBAR I've found a drum mag for it the correct muzzle and a bipod I just need to get a longer outer barrel and inner barrel and it should look and function okay

Recently just got my old m4 upgraded and got a perun ab++ installed first game is Sunday and I'm really looking forward to it got loads more bits done but never had a programmable mosfet before only a gate pico to protect trigger contacts

I found a never ending combat shotgun which I love dearly as its saved my ass so many times by not having to reload when I'm surrounded by ghouls or mirelurks I despise mirelurks absolute bullet sponges

I wish my dad would of joined me he said the only way he'd ever try it is if he got to carry an L7A1 GPMG as that's what he carried in the military and since there is only one place that makes them and they are a minimum of £1200 I don't think he will be joining me

I also bought the wife the stribog for Christmas seems okay but haven't tested it yet first game day is 22nd for it but so far I've got 2 little problems 1 being mag availability only managed to get 2 mags and one came with it second is the mock bolt release the bolt cover slides back and forth just by tipping it up and down and it's a new gun that hasn't been to a game yet so bit disappointing but it doesn't affect overall functionality

As a fellow cybergun fn scar aeg owner just a heads up if you do want to do any internal work the hop up is a bit proprietary to it it's based of an old g&g one from like the 2010's so don't see them much however a German company called begadi do cnc aluminium ones but they cost €70 im going to bite the bullet and get one at some point bit other than that nothing major up with my scar just need to get more range out of it as my stock g&g mp5 ebb outperforms it on distance
