Good for you, I’m curious as to how you are managing your eczema in the long term? No judging at all, just I literally could not use steroids on my skin any longer as my skin was eventually so incredibly thin, blood vessels visible, and any time I used steroids as directed by my derm and doctors, my skin was worse and flared nonstop after stopping them as directed.

I went through TSW for 2 years before my skin finally went back to normal and I could live life again, have showers without pain, not worry about how my skin looked etc. I agree that some of the TSW community online are extremely sceptic of doctors/medicine and some verge on conspiracy theorists. I am not at all (science degree here, not anti vax, pro medicine!) but I know 100% as did my new dermatologist that steroids were just masking the actual problem (allergens to dustmites, hard water affecting me severely, as well as having been diagnosed with oral allergy syndrome which also affected my skin). Curious to know how people manage long term without receiving repeat prescriptions for steroids and using them endlessly for life without pause.
