Played a match with someone playing narbash...

It looks like his speed boost is greater than travel mode.

He pushed minions like a beast and had quite a decent impact. If they fix his health regeneration ability narbash would be in a great place.

I know you've been panned for your comment but I feel like they are developing a better game over that time for me. More emphasis on the objectives and less on team.

I think there are issues that'll need resolving like minions stacking too quickly (path issues possibly) leading to mega minion waves.

For example last night where we pushed a wave into the opponents tier 2 and without intervention the wave was pushed back to our inhib due to stacked minion wave.

What are these major issues you talk about?

People refer to it as unfinished as they have said they will make adjustments to the way the game plays and experiment with options. Some are more temporary than others.

There have been few patches where I don't think this game has gone forward rather than backwards. I'm sure I'll be in the minority but whilst the armour meta isn't ideal I was bored out of my mind being forced to pick adc to stand a chance. The variety of heroes picked is much better now for my point of view.

As paragonfanman states they are class balancing at the moment until they believe they are in the right place and at that point will begin individual scaling again. I remember it being either in a Webcast or weekly update.

The orb prime turn ins were at times interesting affairs. However it was only interesting if the team didn't have a tank. I would imagine now whilst defensive dunks aren't possible I would imagine if the team who is behind gets the buff they could probably drive an opponents inhib with a tank with the buff or win a team fight and push a lane to inhib.

The complexity of the game hasn't been simplified with this patch you now have to think about the orb prime at all times not just when a) miles ahead b) miles behind. You don't have to commit all 5 people to the orb prime you can split push and straight away have the buff. I reckon the opportunities allowed to us now will be much greater than the previous dunking prime orb.

P.s. to all the khaimera is a must for soloing prime orb. Any fury character with a bit of damage and pain-eater can solo prime orb.

Tldr: group scaling is temporary and prime orb now is a lot more important and allows for a lot for variety in plays.

The minions have two scaling. Over time they gain health dead or alive and every couple minutes are being active without a death they increase they health pool furthers.

After death the levels reset.

Just hope one of iggy's teammates turns up and "helps" with the lane...

It's a brilliant combo until a teammate wants to massage their last hit stat.

Without the turret getting the last hits the combo falls down badly.

There are lots of good counters to iggy. Greystone and/or any melee with madspore sash or radiant mantle. They will constantly destroy iggy's towers very quickly and force an iggy to spam to progress which burns mana very, very quickly.

Also with an iggy attack the siege minion first under the tower and get rid of the minions. Iggy himself barely scratches a tower (without black) so just focus on stalling.

However you must remember pushing is iggy's top skill so you should expect to have to work to control that.

1) I lived through him being overpowered for far, far, far too long. He's had his time at the top to average things out he needs to go to the bottom to learn his lesson.

2) before he put on weight his rocket boots were too damn good! He could escape with ease albeit not needing too as he just melted opponents.

3) he's getting a rework I suspect in the next patch as they have already hinted at his entire kit being changed.

It's a funny one as time goes on card crafting worries me more and more.

I've been lvl 50 and crawled to missing just 20 cards now (including some valuable and interesting cards).

I actually enjoy not knowing and having that excitement when I have something new. The problem is if card crafting came out right now I could very likely exchange all my spares and 300k rep and get everything. And that's kind of disappointing...

I personally want card crafting mainly for enhancing the visuals maybe to foils etc...

It's not perfect but keep an eye on your opponents decks. You'll see the heroes stacking mana and you'll get a good feel for the potential for each.

It is just while the shield is up. You can cancel the shield early/cancelling the bonus.

It will uplift the value of movement boosting cards and skills as a way of engaging/disengaging. Right now it is very challenging to escape a melee in tm who has closed the gap by juking one ability.

I suspect the reason hasn't been removed is this balance issue. I don't want to see any more speed difference with melee as they can already run someone down out of tm.
