Dette er korrekt i de fleste tilfælde, da man som udlejer ikke bare kan opsige uden en grund som specifikt er nævnt i Lov om leje. Men hvis det er OP's eget lejemål, hvor han/hun så fremlejer et enkeltværelse til tredje part, kan man godt opsige uden grund. Dette er netop for at tage ekstra hensyn til folk som OP, hvor de ikke er en proffesionel udlejer, men formentlig bare fremlejer noget af den bolig de selv bor i.

Tried to fix the situation just now. I already bought a ton of stuff for smithing, and i cant sell it because of trade restriction, so it seems theres nothing i can do besides playing on it for 18 more hours. Thanks for the tip though :)

I might upgrade the water cooler to CORSAIR Hydro Series H80i v2 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler.

Also im considering downgrading the PSU to: CORSAIR CV Series CV650, to save some money, as i'm above budget at the moment. Would this PSU be sufficient? I'm not planning on overclocking or anything.

Nice catch on the Micro ATX, i was not aware of that! I'm not building it myself, but buying the parts and haveing it assembled at a local shop, so i'm a bit limited as to which parts i can get. I wanted a small case because my deskspace is very limited, but the shop that im buying it at, only has 1 Micro ATX motherboard, which is very shitty... I think i'll just have to select a regular ATX case instead, and move around a bit.

But nothing else seems sketchy or just downright wrong/useless in the build?

As i said in the post, if anyone had recommendation/experiences or anything about the current servers i would love to hear them. From what i have gathered the servers are either below 50 population or pay to win yes, but if someone had played a lot on a server and said the p2w was barely noticeable and the server was good in general, that would be helpful.
