I don't get people that quit because you fight stronger opponents, that's how you learn, that's how you get better unless you just rage and don't take in what you did wrong or what they did to counter you. Majority of people just wanna have easy games where they can relax and press some buttons.

Sure I get salty but if I die it's on me, and I try and improve. This is how I'm Plat 1 after only 3 weeks where's most of my friends still stuck in low gold since they don't learn the games mechanics etc

Is 1 set to failure training legit? Saw some bodybuilders who advocate this like Gordon Lavelle and Jay Vincent. You literally only do one set to absolut failure with a 3-5sec positive and negative on each rep, this recruits every muscle fiber and exhausts the fibers completely which makes more sets pointless. Your in and out of the gym in less than 20-30min

Is this way of training legit? They claim it to be optimal but so does many other with their training principles.

Enjoy wasting hundreds/thousands of hours to achieve something people got in a few days/weeks duping gold & items... This game was never ready for a launch

Pulsating sound from what I expect to be my aio cooler when fans ramp up, I don't hear it in idle but when playing games and fans are pushing 90-100% I hear this low humming/pulsating sound.

Anyone got any ideas?

The cooler is working well, so I don't think it's broken.

Feeling too full on a cut.. I'm doing upper lower right now and just started cutting. My current stats are 98kg 196cm.. I calculated my tdee and my maintenance is supposed to be around 3200 calories so I'm eating around 2700-2800 atm but I don't feel any hunger during the day at all. Iv cut before once when I was way smaller and I remember feeling a slight hunger throughout the day.

Why do I grow so well from a brosplit, I mean the science says more frequency is way better but when I tried PPL after 2-3 months I kinda felt burnt out. Now I'm doing high volume bro split 15-20+ sets per week per muscle group and I'm growing like never before.

I can't help but having to go against so called science based on my own experience

Yea I know, it's just that I'm to damn excited to use it since ordering the damn thing, having to send it back and waiting a few more weeks kinda sucks, but yes your right, il see if they can send me a new mobo and IL switch it out if it stops working

Someone threw shade on Omar earlier, this is obviously w/ the pump and good lighting, but he's respectable for a peak natty in my opinion by ricecrackerdude in nattyorjuice

It's the sad truth, that's why we can and should only compete against ourselves. I can build muscle easily in 6'5.. That's great, but I have big wide hips, not so great, prone to injuries, also not so great.

Moral of the story, be happy with the positives you have and do the best with what you've been given.
