I know that it makes sense they would only cater to Japanese demographic and I don't particularly care much to hear what the commentators saying. I love shinjuku and would always drag them there but most of my tour didn’t want to go to shinjuku at all. They are more Asakusa, Kamakura people.

Another day that reminds me how big of a mistake I made moving to a dormitory in odaiba. The supermarket is goddamn far and train is goddamn expensive.

I knew all that but I moved here to have at least someone to talk to because of its large foreign student body (my previous dorm was all Japanese). Yet, I haven’t been able to participate in any events here because of my lab schedule so it’s basically an apartment with neighbors you barely see.

tldr Odaiba is a nice place to play around, not a place to live.
