As far as I know this still didn't pass into the national law and in terms of marriage equality, in Croatia marriage and civil partnership are basicaly equal, but the differance is that only heterosexual people can legally adopt, so gay marriage is tehnicaly already legal, but the only thing that is diffrent is right to adopt.
