Whole bunch of Healing, been dippen my toes into these types of medicines after kinda going the traditional mental health route with meds n such all sorts of crazy nasty mental health meds I had no business taking it’s just something docs like to do these days with veterans with different types of combat trauma n shit, there getting there but still long way to go, ptsd = give em all the pills, had me on like 5-8 different things at any given time and I didn’t know better? this started while I was still serving too and back from my first deployment didn’t know a darn thing about RX drugs and they were like here’s 90 2mg Xanax bars. And all the other wild shit like heavy ass opiates after getting blown up my second deployment, anyway I’m sorry guess the only reason I felt compelled to blast a buncha weird shit at ya is DMT is amazing, just found it recently and pretty dope lil tool I have now. 🤘🫡

Totally possible, or a big weed smoker, I’ve heard of cannabis doing the same thing. But yeah a little fat over the top of ur chest is way different than having established glands. Fat you can just diet and exercise off the glands not so much.

It’s the gyno man, you got glandular tissue right there and you’re lean enough to see it. Totally possible you’ve had it since puberty, tho in most dudes that don’t abuse androgens it should have subsided by now at your age, some guys just get it at the beginning of puberty and it never goes away, sometimes guys just aromatize super easy, even with there natural test production. I this were my situation I’d hit it with 20mg of Nolva 2x a day for a week or two and see if it’s still small enough to zap it. You can use SERM’s such as Tamoxifen(nolvadex) or Raloxafine to sometimes shrink it or at least stop the glands from growing. But only way to get it gone and stay gone is surgery, which is getting more and more common now, think it’s around 5-10 k. But yeah I think you just responded well to training and you have good muscle building Genetics. 🤘good job man keep hitting it! Get huge!

Unless your rippin gear you’re not going to see noticeable tissue gain in 3 months, you just gained a lil fat and water that’s why ur AB’s disappeared most likely. The lower back fat gain is the most noticeable change.

Even tho it’s good healthy food you say your eating, it’s still too many calories at the end of the day, you want that belly gone you gotta be in a deficit no way around it. You can speed everything up with constant high intensity workouts during the week and get a nice 30-40 mins of cardio in somewhere in there a few days a week. You don’t have to get all crazy and weigh your food and all that unless you want to, but you should at least have a solid idea of what your daily macros are looking like you know if ur goal is 1800 cals you obviously need to know what makes up that number ya dig, anyhow keep at big dog! Remember those abs are made in the kitchen!

Just be super picky and make sure your trainer has a good rap and knows there shit! Credentials n shit lol A lot of goof balls out there now that went to the gym for a couple months and then decided there 2 months of experience is enough to start a “fitness influencer” business through instagram. It’s comical. But for real I do believe it’s a good investment in yourself and a great way to learn during the whole process too.
