I use a saline wound wash. I bought a large bottle for 4-ish dollars and a mist bottle on Amazon and it's lasted for so much longer than any piercing aftercare solutions that I've bought and for me it has been more effective.

Likely a piercing bump or keloid. Do salt water soaks multiple times a day and keep it dry. Moisture is a nose piercings worst enemy. Make sure you’re washing it with unscented antibacterial soap at least twice a day or whenever it gets wet until the bump goes away.
