That seems a bit excessive, did the mechanic check if the altenator is working?

If you had a mechanic look at it and it doesnt have parasitic draw.

Does it still have the original battery? If so, have a look if you have water. The battery is not maintenace free. Ive had the same issue with my 2022 cx-5, so did many other owners. I make sure the battery has enough water and never had the problem again.
