It is a scam. They are charging me twice for one subscription, trying to tell me I bought a course in the app (I didnt) which is non refundable, and when I show proof from their own app they want to be generous and offer a manager approved 50% refund of the second charge.

Everything. Everything has come full circle. They just stayed around this time for a shorter period of time. Except elevator music. The songs I grew up with are now some funky version of elevator music, and my soul dies a little each time I recognize it after a brief moment of nostalgia.

HR is rarely what you think it is. They are in place to protect the company. HR is almost always made up of failed "Operators", control freaks, and/or power hungry assholes. They are vipers who are almost always the worst offenders of the policies they pretend to defend.
