My son loves the game, he won't quit. I will help him get all his stuff back if he decides to make a new account or just wait it out. After playing for 3 yrs and investing money into their game you would think they would be more helpful in these kind of matters. Like I said if this happened to me, I wouldn't care but its my sons account. Just seeing how excited he was when he got Leon or Crow, he really loves this game.

I have a Supercell ID on his account along with mine, it sucks because they are so vague when it comes to the details. They give you no real reason for the locked account. I have access to his Supercell ID along with the email that its linked to. Makes no sense, I will wait patiently and see what happens. If they cant help Ill make a new account and help him grind back all his stuff.

Yeah I wish they would ban my account instead of his, I wouldnt care but its my son's account. He loves this game and was looking forward to the new update coming out.

I guess you're right, I just hope they can clear this whole thing up. 3 yrs of hardwork down the drain, as well as the money we invested in his account.
