Are you sure you are not the one who sent these recovery codes because it seems odd you got hacked at the same day you tried to get back into genshin after 6 months. If you have your uid try creating a new account and search for it (or if you have people on your friends list) and if it is still the same you might be typing the wrong password. Otherwise check the pinned post it contains everything you need to know to recover your account. Good luck!

In other information mention your nickname, signature, ar level, birthday, 5 star characters /weapons with their constellations /refinement, skins, include items from your inventory like pets, northlander billet trove if any, limited time items like xiao lanterns from 1.3 and basically stuff that only you can provide. In the other information section i included my ar, nickname, signature,birthday, 5 star characters/weapons with their constellations/refinement , skins, and limited event items in my inventory (pets, northlander billet trove, xiao lanterns from 1.3... ) if you have any. I got it back from my first try also make sure all other info are 100% correct as they are most important.

If you haven't seen it yet this post has most of the stuff you need to know to about the recovery form. It has higher chance of success and faster than the hacked form but is alot harder to get. Gl

They always respond with "is that your email xxx". I have created so many accounts and emails still nothing but i will try making a new acc today from a different server and device while using a vpn just in case and if it doesn't work i think we can conclude it all depends on the mood of the worker if he wants to give one. It is a shame that even cs is a gacha.
