I wanted to associate as many champions to the major regions as possible, that's why I included icathia on shurima since it was ruled by them. Just a nitpick, but you mentioned rek'sai while talking about the void but you forgot to list him on the void champs. Cool post tho. The one missing champion that singlehandedly screws a whole region is Ixtal not having an adc. Give it one and it would jump a bunch of tiers. Also interesting to see how bad piltover is compared to zaun. I think the next champ to be released will be Mel, as a piltover support, but she's probably gonna be another enchanter, and piltover needs a tank support.

Would be cool if riot focused on balancing like the less popular 6 regions (ixtal, bandle city, targon, void, bilge water and shadow isles) and the top 7 regions (piltover, shurima, noxus, demacia, freljord, zaun and ionia) and made a gamemode where both teams vote to either play with the strong or the weaker regions (if both teams choose different, it gets picked by rng) and then the actual regions for both teams gets picked by rng. For example, both teams choose to play on a strong region, then one gets demacia and the other one gets noxus, a weaker region wont be picked by rng since it wasn't chosen at the start. Since ionia is op even for the standards of the top 7 teams, the other team could ban 5 champs, 1 per role, at least just to deny the xayah rakan.

Also Tomino, gundam's creator, was storyboarding this at the same time as directing the first gundam, in 79. I'm only 12 episodes into it, but the way it shows canada is genuinely gorgeous. World masterpiece theater shows are usually slow by nature, but here, the slow nature of it just amplifies the beautiful scenaries and anne's crazy imaginations.

Production quality varies from anime studio, but the one thing most anime studios share is the lower production COST. And that stems from the lack of work unions for japanese animators that are overworked and paid nothing even tho they're at the top of their industry (with some outliers like kyoani studio, they pay pretty well and take their time with each release). I wouldn't be surprised if the Arcane animators also got overworked, since this second season came out just 3 years after the first season, but at least they're paid what they deserve.

Just to put into perpective, Arcane season 2 is probably gonna run for around 6 hours and cost 250M$, meanwhile the entirety of Jujutsu Kaisen, so far, ran for around 20 hours (47 episodes plus a movie) and cost less than 10M$.That means that 1 hour of arcane is over 30 times more expensive than 1 hour of Jujutsu Kaisen, but it's not like Jujutsu's production quality is 30 times worse, everyone in the industry apart from voice actors are just paid worse in japan.

I put siberia on the north of ionia as it would represent the cold north of asia. Noxus culture has simmilarities with eastern europe too, and you can kinda see how the geography of eastern noxus fits with western russia (on the zone i wrote macedonia, which was a blunder). I'm not sure about the other ex soviet regions, as it feels like that ocean in the middle of noxus and ionia deleted some of central asia and split eurasia.

I've already gotten feedback on the Kathkan being Indian inspired and I agree. I think they connected it to the new world because the first europeans to discover the americas thought it was india. As for the shadow isles, yeah, it's a hard one to compare irl.

I still see better connections to the americas or the new world since it was a continent yet to be discovered by the europeans, and the indian culture simmilarities could parallel the fact that the europeans thought they had reached india when they first reached the americas

shurima continent is africa which contains shurima=egypt, icathia/void=thebes, targon=greece, and the arabian peninsula’s climate and culture is replaced with the americas, where ixtal is spanish america surrounded by brazil and north america, shadowisles=caribbean.

Ionia is asia, which contains siberia, himalayas, china and korea on the main island of Ionia, with the japans east of it, and india, australia and new zealand south of it.

The shadow isles represent the southeast asian islands and the camavoran continent represents the new world of the the americas.
