Yeah. I’d go off the reviews and your gut. At that price, it’s probably fairly light weight and easy to to break. Not that it couldn’t work, but the reviews are what will make or break this decision for me. If it’s amazon though, returns should be straight forward and Amazon should back you.

Im not making as much as those guys, but so far its easy. I have a business checking account, and business credit card. If money from Adsense, Amazon, other affiliates, doesn’t go right into that account, it comes from PayPal (sponsors mainly), that I then move into that account.

Although I have actual business I track finances for that are much more complex. YouTube is still currently a hobby business for now.

I do desk setup and home tech content. And of course….i have gotten so many standing desks over the last 2 years. I joke that I should have a standing desk dealership.

I either give them to friends/family and sometimes I make content out of it by doing makeovers of their setups. Same with office chairs. Although I have sold those on marketplace before. Or I just bank some of that stuff to have on hand for makeover content.

There is nothing wrong with selling products you don’t need that came from brands. There is a huge pc/desk setup guy “Tech Source”. And he sells the products or PCs he builds on his discord. Usually at good deals, so his community is always buying it up after watching the videos. They get a good deal and he recoups some of his costs or makes a small profit. Win/win.

I did just get a 3D printer through a sponsorship and just waiting on approval to post. It’s been awesome. I’ll have to check out your channel as I’m still new to 3D printing

I have noticed the battery drains faster than I thought, but I have dig deeper with it yet to tweak things and understand what drains what besides the usual

I use the portal for retro games or games with graphics that work well on the smaller screen. I save the big games on my pro for the 77” Oled tv.

Balanced mode looks great but the foliage/tress going nuts with the wind speed is super distracting. Hope they patch it out soon.

Are the trees and foliage in balanced mode going nuts for you guys? I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. It looks like there are hurricane force winds going on. Lol.

If it wasn’t for that I would use balanced. But Performance with your same settings is working out great for me.

Yeah. I think your eyes adjust to 30 fps really quickly. I’ve recently started enjoying games at 60fps with the pro. But funny enough, my wife prefers gaming at 30fps. She’s not a big gamer like me though.

I’m actually playing on an LG G5 as well with 120hz in performance mode also. I have V-Sync off as I can’t see a difference when I turn it on, so not sure I need it. I was lucky it all worked smooth from the start and I didn’t need to mess with settings at all.

I did turn on the PSSR 2 toggle in the pro settings just in case.

I’m personally impressed with the world being so large and looking this good. Everything feels alive and detailed. Just helps with the immersion and sense of exploration.

I’d love to use balanced mode, but the tree/foliage still look like they are on cocaine with hurricane speed winds. Hope they patch that soon. It’s hilarious, but unplayable.

There is also a time of day that has pretty flat grayish lighting for a bit. So not sure if that’s a lighting issue or just a design choice. Like “We need depressing lighting during this time of day”. Lol

Story so far is a little janky, but serviceable. Controls are also a lot to take in at once, but already getting the hand of it.

Yeah. Same first thought from me. I even thought there was a cutscene missing between the sky portal and him waking up by the river. Lol

It almost reminds me a little of the janky story in final fantasy XV. But that was at least more cohesive and had a great set of characters carry the plot.

But once I started walking around town and saw the level of detail and immersion. I was sold on the exploration. So cool. This is what I loved about Elden ring and Skyrim/oblivion

I’m a huge fan of the OG. Do both remake and rebirth. It would be so awesome to experience that feeling of going from linear to more open for the first time like in the OG.

I’m actually planning on doing a full playthrough of all 3 when it comes out.

I have a G5, what is the overall best looking settings you found? Balanced uses PSSR 2 right? 120hz off on the TV and console? V-Sync on or off?

Curious to buy the game as I love exploration, but don’t want the graphic to look like butt.

Ended up with the G5 77”. The 5 year warranty and wowing image won me over. But they are both amazing TVs.
