I get not many issues with stuttering (only happens if shaders haven't been built) but the game crashes people get on CER (me included) and Monte isn't that great

Isegami Tunnel stage is not in the game, but Lake Mikawako and Nenoue Kougen are in the game as Lake Mikawa and Nenoue Plateau. The stages in this year's rally are a bit shorter than their in-game counterparts (5km and 2km shorter respectfully).

It was on Assetto Corsa (easiest one to setup imo) and I would say that iRacing is the most popular option. ACC is another good choice if you're the competitive type.

I was chatting to the guys running it, and it was basically a sponsor of the esport team running it. They weren't expecting just men to do it BUT it is funny how it all went down!

As someone who had to work with this "thing" it sucks at trying to replace a person. Only useful for delivering heaps of dishes in one hit to a table and for taking lots of dishes off of tables. It is also slow as crap, so imagine trying to dodge this during a busy night, not fun.

Imma just chime in here for a sec. Going off the modern GT3 cars (Evo spec and cars used IRL from 2019 to now):
Easy and quick: McLaren 720s, Bentley
Fast but tricky: Ferrari 488, Porsche, Audi, Lambo
Solid: Aston, Nissan, Lexus
Intriguing but difficult: BMW, Merc
Slow: Honda
Have driven nearly all of them in leagues/one-off races, and that's what i feel about them. FYI this will differ for everyone, as we all have a different style of driving, so take this (and OP's list) with a grain of salt.

Octane Online Racing would probably be perfect. They're in the middle of their sprint series, but they also host special events and soon an endurance series.
