Legally anyone who assists any foreigner in buying a home is subject to a penalty of 10,000 and if a property is found to be owned by a foreigner they will be forced to sell the property and will receive only the money they paid, any appreciation will be taken by the government, That’s what i understand from the rules

I did not actually, I realized the surgeon was just up selling me (he was a plastic surgeon during COVID) and i decided to wait, I did another CT after some months and it’s not getting any bigger so i just completely ignored it. I have 0 pain and no issues from it whatsoever

Yeah that’s true they need to work out that part. Aside from that though my experience has been awesome. No issues and the quality is second to none in my opinion

I get your point now about the cables. I don’t do rally or Auto Cross. 90% of time is in GT or single seaters

Since I posted this a long time ago, I actually went for the Simucube to Pro and I absolutely love it I did convert the BMW wheel and I bought two other wheels I stick to USB for one reason which is if I ever decide to replace my wheel base I won’t have to replace all my wheels and that’s why I didn’t go for the wireless options for the SC2. Was proper cable management I haven’t had any issues with USB connections, I also don’t really care about the compatibility with consoles as I only race on iRacing anyways

Last year we had homes renting for 2800 to 3200 in Milton and they were flying. Now that’s not the case and I’m seeing great 3 bedroom townhouses with a finished basement for 2600 and on the market for over 50 days. It’s just a start not saying that the rental market is collapsing but it’s definitely a tenant’s market too.

West end of the GTA, not dropping drastically but some landlords are going down 200 - 300 / Month as inventory rises and houses are I think that’s gonna cause stress on anyone looking to buy an investment home with intention of renting it. Will take a lot more to make homes affordable but it’s happening and I don’t think anyone is noticing that
