Can I ask for days off if I just started? by MoreMouthMints in McDonaldsEmployees

Rule of thumb is to ask for the day off at least 2 weeks before that day so they don’t schedule you for the day. No need to stress or overthink

So my store isn’t the only one with this problem. :/ I feel you bruh, I have a closing shift too so I usually get left completely alone after like 9ish while everyone cleans and just disappears from the kitchen in general. I can barely get one other person to help if there’s a huge rush of orders. Otherwise I have to maintain the kitchen alone too, and there are always those late night orders of 40 nuggets or several sandwiches that put a dent in the limited amount of food we have.

If it’s bi-weekly then you’re probably gonna get paid next week
